Listening on FM

If you live in Bournemouth, Poole & surrounding areas you can pick up Hope FM on 90.1 FM. If your radio has an RDS display (usually found on in-car radios), you'll see us listed as 90.1HopeFM.

Livestreaming around the world on the Internet

We are streaming live at 128Kbps in stereo for Broadband and at 32Kbps in mono for modem/ narrowband.
This is available for Windows, Winamp, Real Player & iTunes users (see below).

Please note: The default stream for the Listen Live button is set for Windows Broadband (.asx file) but in the pop-up window you can make your own choice whether you would like to listen in Windows Media Player/ Winamp/ Real Player or Winamp/ Real Player/ iTunes (.pls file) or at a lower bit rate i.e. mono narrowband/ dial up as opposed to stereo broadband quality. If you have Winamp or Real Player set as your default player these will open these streams as well.

You should of course refer to your telephone manual to see how to listen to radio streams on your phone, below we just feature the iPhone & Nokia phones

You can listen live to Hope FM on your iPhone. Simply download and install the free app: iCar Radio Lite (NB: the full version costs less than £3 and is well worth the upgrade but you can tune in using the free Lite version if you wish).

Once running this app, search for Hope FM and there you go, instant live Hope FM wherever you are!

On your Nokia

You will have to:
1. Install the Nokia PC Suite
2. Download the Nokia Internet Radio application file
3. Install the Nokia Internet Radio with Applications tool of the PC suite
4. Follow the instructions on your device to complete set up
5. Find Hope FM on Nokia Internet Radio and enjoy listening on your phone!
