Essence is back this year each week alternating between Sulli and Luke.

Luke & Maxine present:

- the usual features and new live music to keep you entertained through the cold winter evenings!
- following on from the success of our Christmas talent contest The X-Mas Factor we're launching a new longer talent contest featuring some of the most popular singers from across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole!15 acts will be chosen to compete in Essence's Search for a Star but only 5 will get to the final and it's all decided by you!
- there's also some new games including Read All About It, a news headline guessing quiz and Joking Around, where it's all about finding the punchline of some classic one-liners.
