Volunteers are a lively, dynamic and diverse group of people who have a passion for radio, the area, life and more so their Christian faith. 

Please read below the details of the various areas we need people. 
We offer a wide range of opportunities for people who would like to get involved, therefore giving everyone a chance to participate in making Hope FM, Bournemouth's only truly community focused radio station.

The main presenter and co-presenter roles involve the following:

Main presenter role

Is responsible for producing and presenting radio programmes under the direction of the Programme Controller. This includes activities such as research, scripting, editing and discussing music content with the programme controller who pre–selects all music content in line with the station music policy. Support his or her programme team ensuring that each volunteer is clear about the role that they are expected to play.

Co-presenter role

Works alongside and under the direction of the main presenter.When considering the role of Main Presenter please bear in mind that in order to protect the Station’s Christian ethos, the Station’s Statement of Policies requires Main Presenters to have a Christian faith.
